A man died this morning by apparently lighting his bed on fire and suffering burns after smoking while using an oxygen tank, authorities said.

Andrzej Piotrowski, 57, was declared dead a little before 10 a.m. after suffering facial burns at his home in the 3100 block of North Hamlin Avenue, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office. Click Here To Read More |
